DescriptionA tire truck and a water tower on the campus of the United States Veterans Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A Howe brand truck with a man wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and a cowboy hat in the driver’s seat. There is a brass bell behind the driver’s seat. Behind it is a roll of some sort of tubing. What appear to be two metal water outlets emerge from under the driver’s seat. A fire extinguisher and a batch of rope are on the vehicle’s outboard. Behind the vehicle is a water tower on a three-story platform. The inventory number E912 is written on the back in pencil.
