Description“‘The Hogan’. Parkers Trading Post, Albuquerque, New Mexico” Interior of a retail trading post. Two women in Navajo dress stand behind a rugs-and-jewelry counter. On the floor, a man in Navajo dress works on jewelry and a woman in Navajo dress appears to be working on a beadwork piece. The floor is covered with Navajo rugs and animal pelts. Gourds, lampshades, baskets, pots, a feather headdress, ears of corn and other items hang from the ceiling.
