DescriptionThe interior of the Fred Harvey Indian Building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Woven rugs cover the wooden floor. On a wooden table are displayed ceramic pots of different sizes. A wooden boat canoe hangs from the ceiling. A moose head is displayed on one of the arches to the right of the main show room. Handwriting on the back reads, "The rugs you see on the floor in these are wove like my blanket and I saw such lovely ones also portiers & morgisens & everything you could think of and last but not least the very ox cart that the Indians used. I'll try and get a picture of it."On View
