DescriptionValley High School Band majorettes carry the school banner in front of the marching band in the New Mexico State Fair Parade along Lomas Boulevard Northeast in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The majorettes wear red skirts and silver metallic sleeveless tops with white boots. They carry a red and gold banner with fringe on the bottom. A majorette behind the banner wears a large white hat and carries a baton. The band is marching past Leach Furniture store and Billie’s Fashion Fabrics Store as a crowd of spectators stand in the street and on the sidewalk along Lomas Boulevard. The store's signs are colorful Googie-style designs.
