DescriptionElle of Ganado sits at the entrance to a hogan near Fred Harvey's Indian Building in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she demonstrates Navajo weaving. She is seated on a pelt on the ground and a small child is seated beside her playing with a string. Text printed on the front of the card reads, "Elle of Ganado, maker of the President's Blanket. Acknowledged the best weaver among the Navahoes. Indian Building, Albuquerque, N.M."
