DescriptionThis menu is for the Fred Harvey Kachina Room restaurant in the Albuquerque airport. The cover is orange with a white elliptical shape in the lower half. There is a black line drawing of a man sitting in front of a plate of food. He is resting is chin on his left palm and looking at a Harvey Girl in uniform who is carrying a basket of rolls. Above this scene is a black elliptical with white lettering: "Fred Harvey/SINCE 1876." Printed in small text near the lower left corner is this information: "From the Early Days of Fred Harvey:/As early as the 1890's, the famous Harvey Girls/were helping to 'civilize the West' as they/brought refinement and decorum to the Harvey Houses."On View
