DescriptionEl Vado Motel at 2500 Central Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The single-story white motel has red and white striped awnings over the office door and windows. There is a neon sign near the street. Large trees line the property and a parking area is in the center of the lot. "Heated Swimming Pool" is stamped in red in the lower left of the postcard. Writing on the back of the postcard reads, "8-7 All are well - Having a swell time - Heading for Grand Canyon then to Mexico City - Back to good old NC. Your place is the only place that came come close to it. All send love - Charlie".
