DescriptionA Mexican maiolica / majolica, Puebla Blue-on-white pharmaceutical apothecary jar of the Spanish and Mediterranean tradition known as an albarello. The lid is missing. Off-white or cream, paste, gray to cream glazed body, dark blue glazed design of a lion with heraldry.
