BiographyContemporary sculptor, Harrison Juan was raised on the Navajo reservation at Lake Valley, New Mexico. A self-taught artist, Juan became interested in making art while observing his uncle Johnson Antonio, a Navajo folk artist. Juan works from cottonwood he finds along the creek beds of the San Juan River.
