Description"Flashlight", Grand Champion Mare, owned by Frank Lloyd Tortorice of Trinidad, Colorado. F. L. Tortorice represents the Tortorice Brothers. "Flashlight" is an all black mare with a black mane and tail. Tortorice stands in front of her and holds the lead. A prize ribbon blows in the breeze from the horse's harness. They are standing outside of the livestock barn at the State Fairgrounds.
