Description"Flashlight", Champion Mare of the National Quarter Horse Show at the State Fairgrounds. "Flashlight" is owned by Frank and Lloyd Tortorice of Trinidad, Colorado. The mare is all black with a black mane and tail. One of the Tortorice brothers stands in front of the horse and holds the harness and lead. They are standing in front of a brick wall.
