DescriptionCrowds of people at the State Fairgrounds Grandstand. Every space of the Grandstand appears to be taken by a very large crowd. There are also people sitting in lower bleachers to the left side of the Grandstand. People are crowded into the space between the Race Track fence and the Grandstand, as well. The photo is taken from the infield of the Race Track. Patriotic bunting has been draped on parts of the Grandstand. The event is unidentified.
