DescriptionHorse race finish at the State Fairgrounds racetrack. The tote board and observation tower are in the middle of the racing ring and several people are standing on the inside fence. A crowd can be seen in the foreground on the grandstand side of the track. New houses on Lousiana are seen between the racetrack and the Sandia Mountains.
