DescriptionThis dark brown leather bank disguised as a book has a small rectangular square on the top portion of the front cover. The text inside the shape is mostly illegible, likely due to inevitable wear and tear, but it likely features the name "First Savings Bank and Trust Bank." Founded in the early twentieth century in Beresford, SD, for over a century, First Savings Bank & Trust's goal has been to ensure the service of customers' banking needs, support customers' financial goals, foster meaningful connections, and promote innovative technologies and personalized services through the business' dedication to care and attention. Similarly, the book's back side also showcases a rectangular square with the words "Bank / a coin / a / day" in what appears to be etched lettering. When observing the book from the top, a slot for money is visible against the brass edges, providing the illusion of pages. Despite the disguise, the bank has one first paper page with two paragraphs emphasizing the importance of saving money, highlighting that saving money will help protect the user and their family and loved ones during financial need.On View
