DescriptionThis image depicts a group of eight men sitting under the shaded veranda at the Alvarado Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The photograph is mostly shaded and very little of the top portions of the image are visible. A group of four men are gathered under one of the lighted archways on the right side of the frame. Three sit in rocking chairs while one stands. Behind them, a group of three men sit under another archway in rocking chairs. A single man in the background sits in a rocking chair in the background near the left side of the frame. The floor of the veranda is made of brick and several unoccupied rocking chairs can be seen.
