DescriptionThis image depicts a high angle shot of the early stages of construction of the Hilton Hotel at Second Street and Copper Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The foundation of the building is not built yet and is just a large dirt hole with large pieces of construction workers and equipment in it. The construction site is surrounded by a wooden fence. On the other side of the fence are various businesses and buildings. One of the buildings beyond the fence, near the right side of the frame, has a large sign on it which reads "Mead Hardware Company". The buildings can be seen beyond the construction site stretching into the distance.
