DescriptionThis image depicts a construction site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The construction is being done to the parking lot of the Preliminary Treatment Facility. The building itself is made of large brown bricks. Silver metal duct work can be seen on the roof of the building. Scraps of metal and wood can be seen on the small porch area of the building near the left side of the frame. The area in front of the building is devoid of asphalt or concrete and is made of dirt. Large white pipes have been only partially buried in this area. Surrounding this area is a chain link fence topped with barbed wire. A large hole has been dug just behind the fence. A-frame construction barriers and caution tape have been placed around the hole.On View
