DescriptionThis image depicts several large brick buildings near the railroad tracks near Second Street and Marquette Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. These businesses include the Albuquerque Ice Company, Anchor Milling Company, and the New State Coal yard. All of these buildings can be seen in the background of the photograph while the foreground is taken up by an unpaved dirt pathway leading across the railroad tracks. A railroad crossing sign can be seen near the tracks on the left side of the frame. Large plumes of smoke can be seen coming from the chimney stacks on the roof of the Albuquerque Ice Company building. Wooden telephone poles with wires connecting each of them can also be seen running alongside the tracks.
