DescriptionA group of women carry pots on their heads and prepare to perform in front of a large papier-mâché pueblo grandstand at the First American Pageant Grounds. The tourist facility was located on East Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Spectators sit on the upper levels of the pueblo facade and stand on the ground in front of it. The women are walking single-file past the grandstand. Photographers with box cameras are to the right of the women.
