Zeiger Liquors with a banner hanging out front reading "Democratic Head-Quarters." On the right-hand is the Armijo Building on northwest corner of Railroad Avenue (now Central) and Second Street. The street is dirt with horses pulling carts, bicycles, and pedestrians passing through. Electric poles line the sidewalk on the right side.
