DescriptionA group of Boy Scouts outside of Oldsmobile Company at 706 West Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The group of boys hold a variety of flags and a marching style bass drum. The drum reads, "TROOP 6 B.S.A. ALBUQUERQUE, N.M." They all wear wide-brimmed hats, jodhpurs or knickerbockers with wraps on their shins, and leather or canvas lace-up shoes. They are gathered on a dirt road with homes and a wall behind them reading, "NEW MEXCO OLDSMOBILE." Large trees fill the background of the right side of the frame. Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss.
