DescriptionA group of school boys and their female teachers pose on the steps outside a school house (possibly Albuquerque Indian School) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The children mostly wear a variety of tweed suit jackets, knickerbockers with dark-colored socks, short hair slicked back, button-down shirts with ties or turtlenecks beneath, and hold hats in their hands. The teachers wear shirtwaist style outfits. The building behind them is brick with large porch.

Emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate causing distortion and emulsion loss.
