DescriptionTower-like stone ruins stand in pillars and tall forms among piles of stone in New Mexico. A man has climbed the structures and stands half-way up one of the towers, posing for the camera. He wears slacks, suspenders with a pinstripe button-down beneath, and a fedora. There is a pocketwatch chain dangling from the suspenders. The long sleeves of the shirt are rolled up to his elbows.

Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion and emulsion loss.
