DescriptionSitting in a densely wooded area sits Eddie Ross Cobb and her baby Edmund F. Cobb on a dirt path. The path is lined with thick foliage. They hold small tin cups and look at the camera. Edmund smiles and holds the cup up in the air towards the camera. Eddie has her hair in a chignon bun and wears a shirtwaist outfit. Edmund Cobb was the eldest of Eddie Ross Cobb and William Cobb's four children. Eddie Ross Cobb and her husband owned Cobb Studio spanning the turn of the nineteenth century in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. They had four children. William died due to Tuberculosis in 1909 and Eddie kept the shop running for over thirty more years with the help of her children. Eddie was one of New Mexico's territorial governor, Edmund G. Ross’s, seven children.
