DescriptionSea Monkeys are a classic American plaything. Inside the kit, you'll find dry brine shrimp eggs that hatch when placed in a saltwater solution. The tiny shrimp swim around and feed on the included protein mix, providing hours of entertainment for children. The tank contains instructions, a water purifier, dry eggs, and growth food. On the front of the packaging is a cartoon illustration of a whimsical brine shrimp family. Above the image, bold text reads: "THE AMAZING LIVE / Sea Monkeys / OCEAN-ZOO." Another line promises: "ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED TO GROW." This quirky toy offers a glimpse into the diverse—and sometimes strange—world of American children's playthings.
