DescriptionThis object is a curette used to remove debris or manipulate tissue during various surgical procedures. The object has a long, rectangular metal handle with a short operating arm emerging from the top. The tip of the object is comprised of a small, U-shaped hook. The stem between the tip and the handle has been slightly bent. "RUSTLES[S]" has been stamped at the base of the handle. A heavily faded manufacturer's mark is present at the opposite end of the handle. There is very little to no visible corrosion on the object.
