DescriptionThis nail buffer is part of an art deco vanity set. The buffer is shaped like a long, thin, oval. The enamel part has a silver border and a silver handle attached in two places at the center. The top is blue, with the lower portion being slightly discolored. Two blue lines with silver borders cross the center from top to bottom point. The buffer is underneath this enamel section and is cream-colored with some spots of yellow.On View
