DescriptionThis Central American ceramic doll is dressed in a traditional gown. The dress is predominantly white, with red and white lace detailing throughout. The doll also wears green-painted shoes, with a green embellishment on her chest. Shiny gold and green beads are sewn into the braids of her hair. The doll has blue eyes and other painted facial features, along with a long gold necklace with a gold bead at the end. Objects like these allow us to experience a small taste of the diverse cultures of Central America.On View
