DescriptionObject is a pair of medium-length steel surgical scissors with locking ratchet and two, broad, blunt-tipped blades. Blades are slightly vertically offset and a hole is present behind the blades when the scissors are closed. "R.W.&S. MFC. CO." is stamped on one of the shanks just above the hinge. Very mild corrosion present along the locking ratchet and blade edges.On View
