DescriptionThis image depicts the construction of a public building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building is made of large gray bricks and cement. On the right side of the frame, a series of brown pipes with blue scaffolding in between them can be seen sticking out of the unfinished portion of the building. A man in a blue denim jacket can be seen walking towards the right on the roof. On the left side of the frame, large mounds of dirt and four cement pillars are visible. To the left of these is a sign which reads "Your Tax Dollars at Work. City of Albuquerque". Surrounding the entire property is a chain link fence topped with barbed wire.On View
