DescriptionThis image depicts an aerial shot of a large dry riverbed on the west mesa in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The riverbed runs down the downward slope of the foothill leading up to the mesa. On either side of the riverbed are large rolling hills. These hill, and the land surrounding the hills, are covered in Colorado Pinyon shrubs and various other types of desert plants. The bottom of the foothills can be seen near the top of the frame.On View
