DescriptionThis image depicts land near the escarpment near the Albuquerque volcanoes in New Mexico. The foreground of the image is taken up by a small dirt pathway stretching from left to right. Beyond this is a barbed wire fence. Behind the fence is the downward slope of the escarpment. In the background, on the left side of the frame, a small portion of the Sandia Mountains can be seen.
