DescriptionThis image depicts a field of melons at Hubbell Oxbow Wenk Farm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The melons were planted in rows. Each melon is a bright yellow in the sunlight and can only be partially seen through the greenery that surrounds them. Other than the melons the field is filled with various types of green plants. In the far background, along the edge of the field, several trees are visible. A line of houses can be seen at the top of a small dirt hill beyond the edge of the field. On View
