The woman stands behind the fence surrounding the property. The two girls stand outside the fence. One is next to a bicycle resting against the fence. Small trees are growing around the property. The Sandia Mountains can be seen along the horizon behind the house. The girl beside the bike wears a tam cap with a floral print dress over a long-sleeved blouse beneath with gigot sleeves. The others wear long dark dresses with gigot sleeves and high-crown hats. Silver mirroring and emulsion deterioration is occurring on the glass plate creating color distortion in the image.
