DescriptionThe exterior of the Central Bank Building, later First National Bank, located at 100 West Gold Avenue and South Second Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The two-story stone building is located on the two dirt street corners with a sidewalk surrounding it. Above the corner-oriented font entrance, above the second-floor window, it reads, "CENTRAL BANK," and above the main entrance it reads, "FIRST NATIONAL BANK." There is a dome above the building's corner atop the roof with circular windows within. The top of the building has ornate rod iron detailing and the tops of the second-floor windows are bordered with decor. On the first floor, beside the storefront windows, are two large arched windows with fabric striped canopies over them.

Men in slack suits and bowler hats are walking in and out of the bank. Two dark colored dogs are playing outside the doors on the sidewalk. There are electric posts and wires at the street corner.

The building erected in 1882.
