DescriptionInterior of the family receiving room in the Chester T. French Mortuary in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are three closed doors in the room, two on the back wall and one on the right-hand wall. The furniture in the room is all made of wicker, and three of them have white cushion and back covers. On the right side of the photograph, there is a wicker desk, chair, and lamp, as well as two wicker plant stands. A black typewriter sits on a side table behind the desk. There are two area rugs with southwestern designs on the floor, and a large curtained opening on the left wall. Two photographs hang on the back and right walls of the room.
