DescriptionRalph Foster stands and holds a small black dog in his left arm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He rests his left leg on the tire of a midget racecar that is parked in a dirt lot in front of a four-door sedan with a hauling trailer attached. The racecar has "Ralph Foster" and "33" painted on the side. There is a wooden fence behind the cars. The Sandia Mountains are in the distance. Foster wears a patterned shirt and khaki pants.
