DescriptionA man stands on a paved sidewalk outside of the two-story brick Armory and gymnasium building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building has turrets over the arched entry. A utility pole is on the corner of the unpaved street in the foreground. The man wears a heavy coat and a hat. A child is seated on a child's wagon at the side of the building toward the left of the frame. The child is wearing a coat. Printing in the lower third of the frame reads, "Armory and Gym - Albuquerque, N.M. Bacon". Handwriting on the back of the postcard reads, "the man you see in the picture is me. This is the back end of the armor building taken by me and Bacon that fellow that came here after I did. The little dark spot you see on the other side is a little boy coasting on a little wagon."
