People are gathered along the sides of the street as a white wagon being pulled by horses leads men on horseback down the street. The wagon is labeled as part of the Terry County (Texas) Sheriff's Posse. Two men on horses are riding parallel to each other behind the wagon. The man on the left is holding an American flag and the man on the left carries a lighter colored flag. Both men are wearing black button up shirts and white cowboy hats.
