DescriptionThis is a pair of scissors, made of metal that is now heavily tarnished and rusted. The handles are made of two hoops, one circular and one a larger oval. The blades were sharpened on the inside, with the exception of the very tips. The right flat also has a protruding tab on the tip, with ridges running down the outside edge.
