DescriptionWhite background with red text and design. The lower part includes location and manufacturer information (flipped) and then above this is the name of the establishment either side of a shape containing the number 6 and another shape above acting as a cover or hat. Below this are the amenities and this section is mirrored over the middle fold and at the top is a warning label saying "Be Safe [a design of R/M with a bird head] Close Cover Before Striking." Imperial 6 Motel was located at 701 Central Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
