DescriptionBlue background with black text in two sections. In the lower section is a strike area, location information, and the manufacturer information. Above this in the same area are two slogans for the Motor Inn and Restaurant. In the middle fold (flipped) is the contact number to call, and the section above this contains a slogan and the name of the establishment. At the top is a warning label saying "Be Safe [a design of R/M with a bird head] Close Cover Before Striking."
