DescriptionNew Mexico Governor Clyde Tingley stands with three other men inside a large room. There is a welcome banner behind them. They are all wearing suits and hats. Two of the men are holding cigars. One has a ribbon that reads "Official" pinned to his suit lapel. They are all facing the camera. Handwriting on the back of the photograph reads, "This picture was taken by Norman J. Hodgson, patient, Veterans' Hospital, Albuquerque, N.M. who has asked that we forward same to you 10-17-38".
