DescriptionAn image of the Country Club Auto Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico which was formerly located at 3351 West Central Avenue. Several white one-story buildings, with adjoining car port, serve as rooms at the motor court. A gravel pathway connects each building and acts as the main road for the court. In the immediate foreground of the image, a tall neon sign stands in a median surrounded by grass, a single small tree, and several small shrubs. The neon sign reads "Country Club Court". In the mid-ground of the image, the office of the motor court is differentiated from all other structures by the black lettering over the front door that says "Office. Country Club Court". "Dear Neil, this is the second card I will written you today. We're in Albuquerque, N.M. Boy are these swell cabins. Our cabin is on the side of the court you can't see. It has two bedrooms and a bath. Tile showers. Only $2.50 for all three of us. So far that's all we've paid a night. we went through the San Pedro Mts. Today. Got to get some sleep now. Good night, Frances."
