DescriptionCooksey Court at 5210 East Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The postcard is split into two landscape images. The top image is of the Sandias, "as you will see from Cooksey Court". The mountains rise above a green valley with a small river running through it. The lower image is of the motor lodge as three single-story white buildings with blue awnings over the front entrances to the rooms. There are medium-sized trees around outdoor patios. An arrow has been drawn in pencil pointing to the first room in the building on the left of the image. Writing on the back reads, "Hi Fat: Here is a picture of the court we stayed in. I like hotels the best but couldn't get a room at first class. Saw a good show last night (Julia Misbehaves). Use the passes, don't let them go to waste. Love to all, Ruth & B".On View
