Five gas pumps can be seen. A large pole arises from one of the gas pump islands and the non-neon sign on it rests on the roof of the service station. A neon sign rests on a pole at the end of one of the gas islands. The gas station building is in a Moderne style, with a roof tower surmounted by a large neon letter W. There is a “Mechanic On Duty” sign at the gas station. There are small garages between some units in the motel building. A table and some chairs are in the driveway area on the left side of the motel. In the center is a landscaped circle with an American flag on a pole and a neon World Court sign. On the right is a small adobe-style building with a neon World Court sign on the roof, and a telephone booth on the left side of the building; benches flank the front door.
