DescriptionHogan’s store on the corner of Fifth Street and Copper Avenue in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The store is on a corner lot, with a large wrap-around neon sign repeating the word Hogan’s three times. Smaller neon signs on the building’s terrace advertise fountain service, pastries and a delicatessen. A large awning on the right advertises “Bakery, Candy, Lunches, Fountain Service”. On the curb at the right is a painted sign that says “N. Fifth St.” On the far left of the photo is a storefront with a neon sign that advertises The Fabric Shop. Between it and Hogan’s is another storefront with a neon sign saying Vogler’s Western Store. Outside it, a man looks into a window that advertises boots and saddles. A woman and girl hold hands as they walk into the street. Vehicles are parallel parked along the curb.
