DescriptionPeople sit on the top of a brick wall that surrounds the New Mexico State Fairgrounds to watch hot air balloons inflate and take off during the Second Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A car with its brake lights on is near the left of the frame, driving along San Pedro Boulevard. Over the wall, one balloon is taking off, and a second is completing its inflation.
