DescriptionHot air balloons inflate and lift off at the New Mexico State Fairgrounds during the Second Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A crowd of people wander throughout the grounds and many more are standing in a row near the edge of the field. People are seated behind a chain-link fence in the immediate foreground.
