DescriptionThis is a white flat plate with no raised or curved edges and the blue serial "41708" in the center of the plate. To the left of the number, is an octagonal metal seal bearing a matching serial number etched into the metal. The seal also bears the year 1923, above the serial and "N.M." below it. To the right of the painted blue serial, and also in blue paint, are the letters "N" and "M" with the "N" stacked on top. There are four bolt holes, one in each corner, and four additional horizontal bolt slits on the top and bottom of the plate.On View
